Khandavi

Khandavi is a popular Gujrati dish, it's quite simple yet delicious! Here's how I made it.





Ingredients:
2 cups Besan
2tsp curd
1/2tsp turmeric
1 tsp Ginger and green chill paste
Salt as per Taste
2glass Water

For tempering:
Meethi neem(kadi patta)
Rai
Mustard oil
Coriander

Method:

1. Take 2 cups besan add salt and turmeric mix the dry ingredients

2. Mix ginger and green chilli paste and Curd now mix it properly with 2 glass of water

3. Now take a pan and strain the besan paste in a pan and start stir till it’s all coming together
To check whether the paste is now ready. Take a katori and apply some on the back of it and once it’s cool down try to roll it. Then take a big plate grease it with little oil and spread it properly and once it cools down cut strip with the help of knife and start rolling them keep them in a plate.

4. For tempering take mustard oil heat it then add rai and meethi neem(kadi patta) let them crackle for few second. Then pour the tempering on to the khandavi and they are ready to serve..!!!
