Khandavi
Khandavi is a popular Gujrati dish, it's quite simple yet delicious! Here's how I made it. Ingredients: 2 cups Besan 2tsp curd 1/2tsp turmeric 1 tsp Ginger and green chill paste Salt as per Taste 2glass Water For tempering: Meethi neem(kadi patta) Rai Mustard oil Coriander Method: 1. Take 2 cups besan add salt and turmeric mix the dry ingredients 2. Mix ginger and green chilli paste and Curd now mix it properly with 2 glass of water 3. Now take a pan and strain the besan paste in a pan and start stir till it’s all coming together To check whether the paste is now ready. Take a katori and apply some on the back of it and once it’s cool down try to roll it. Then take a big plate grease it with little oil and spread it properly and once it cools down cut strip with the help of knife and start rolling them keep them in a plate. 4.
